Annual Disclosure Reports

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires municipal (local government) debt issuers to provide an annual disclosure of debts that the entity has issued since 1995. The County of Kern Annual Disclosure Report presents updated information on all current debt (bonds, certificates of participation, etc) as well as other financial and statistical information that would be of value to investors.
